Boka Kotorska Bay, the village of Prcanj – a four-story historical stone palace of the 17th century on the embankment, with a family chapel. The building needs renovation. The palace was built by the famous noble family Florio. Living area: 278 sq.m. Number of floors – 4. Auxiliary building – 11 sq.m. Land area – 827 sq.m. Total number of rooms – 11. Bedrooms – 7 Attic. The central entrance to the building is decorated with a stone portal with a staircase, made by famous craftsmen from the island of Korcula in Croatia. Directly in front of the house, 10 meters away – there is a pier. In the courtyard, in the 18th century, a family chapel was built. Due to its structure, internal organization and unique location, the building is very well suited for use as a mini apart-hotel. The building owns a large plot where you can arrange a summer terrace with a restaurant. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a salon, which is great for use as a restaurant. The floor of the salon was paved with natural Venetian ceramics, and the ceiling was decorated with the coat of arms of Florio. The palace, later, was owned by the priest Marco Florio, who added the Empire style to the interior. The main facade of the palace, which looks at the sea, is made in the Baroque style. This is a profitable business investment – there are very few such objects left in Montenegro – with their own berths. The new legislation does not allow the owners of new facilities to be owners of berths, beaches and land plots with access to the sea line.
