According to calculations, it is possible to receive approximately 12-18 tourists. But expansion is possible due to new buildings – wooden vikendits or tents. The view from the plot and the windows of the houses is fantastic, until the beginning of summer, on the tops of the mountains on the other side of the canyon of the Moraca River, snow lies, creating an incredible combination of fresh green grass against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains. You can live and work all year round, the height of the snow cover is not large, the road is always cleaned in winter. Asphalt road, 51km to Kolasin, 23km to Shavnik.
